New Boards: 
 
We guarantee quality craftsmanship and free of manufacturing defects in all SD Surfboards we build.
 
Fresh Boards: 
 
New boards take time to harden and it takes a least one month for a fresh board to be fully cured. We try very hard to build surfboards that resist denting but we can’t always guarantee they won’t have any compression marks once they are ridden.
 
Graphics:
 
Any color designs are subject to the Artist interpretation of your request and we cannot guarantee exact duplication of designs, color, or hues.
 
Payment: 
 
A deposit of $200.00 is required and must be paid before we start your order, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment or delivery.
 
Prices:
 
Are non-negotiable, please do not ask for a discount or deal, custom surfboards are a great deal for the technology and experience you get in each board built.
 
Order Changes:
 
Changes to custom orders are not allowed once the order has been place, it creates miscommunication and disappointments.  We are always available to answer any questions you have so please be sure to know exactly what you want before placing your order. 
 
Canceled Orders:
 
Orders that have been canceled will forfeit the deposit until the item has been resold. Once the item has sold a refund will then be issued.  There is no guaranteed timetable for the refund.
 
 
Delivery Time:
 
Manufacturing usually takes 5- 6 weeks once we receive the deposit, please add 1-2 weeks for color graphics or 3 more weeks for resin color or gloss.  If we have to special order a specific blank, we will have to quote a time estimate based off the blank manufacture production schedule.
 
Liability: 
 
Any injury or damage resulting from the use of this product is the sole responsibility or the user who must determine the suitability and safety of the product for his/her intended use
 
 
 
General Policy:
 
·        We ship all of our surfboards “freight collect” through a variety of qualified shippers. 
·        We always get at least three quotes per shipment and try very had to get the best deal for our customers; we can’t guarantee a price when you place your order but we can determine a general cost depending on where and how the board(s) are shipped. 
·        Freight costs can change by the hour but we always do our best to get you a competitive price. 
·        Although we can ship residential, we recommend shipping to a business address to save up to 25% on the shipping costs. 
·        We can ship anywhere in the world but the costs go up dramatically once we ship out of the USA . 
 
Freight Damage: 
 
·        Surfboards Damaged during shipping is rare but can occur, if your boards is damaged it is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier
·        Please file your claim immediately with your carrier and call us for damage estimates to help substantiate your claims. 
·        We have very few damaged shipments but we will help guide you until your claim has been completed with the shipping company
 
Return Goods: 
 
We generally do not accept returned surfboards but in the rare case we do, we require a signed authorization by an SD representative and returned by prepaid freight.
